How to Issue a Confirmation Letter (Carta de Circularização)

The issuing of a Confirmation Letter (Carta de Circularização) must be done by the client through the Internet Banking platform.

On the Statement > Balance screen, in the right corner, click the Download Confirmation Letter button.

Next, you'll need to choose the method for receiving the confirmation (download or email) and the desired period (reference date).

The letter is already digitally signed with ECDSA validation.
