How to add balance to the Stark Infra workspace balance?

It's essential that you maintain an available balance in your Workspace so your clients can use Pix or make purchases with cards.

You can add a balance in two ways:

1. TED transfer;
2. Manual Pix.

* Since Stark Infra participates in Pix as a special clearing institution (liquidante especial), it does not have a Pix key. Therefore, to make transfers, you must use the account's bank details (bank, branch, and account number).

Use the bank details below for the transfer:

• Bank: Stark SCD
• Bank Code: May appear as 462 (3 digits) or 39908427 (8 digits), depending on the originating institution.
• Branch: 0001

Important: The Workspace ID functions as the account number. Make sure to use it correctly when making the transfer.

After the transfer, you can check the available amount directly:

• On the platform via the "Statement" menu:
• Or via API using the Pix Balance route (GET /v2/pix-balance)
