It's essential that you maintain an available balance in your Workspace so your clients can use Pix or make purchases with cards.
You can add a balance in two ways:
- TED transfer;
- Manual Pix.
* Since Stark Infra participates in Pix as a special clearing institution (liquidante especial), it does not have a Pix key. Therefore, to make transfers, you must use the account's bank details (bank, branch, and account number).
Use the bank details below for the transfer:
- Bank: Stark SCD
- Bank Code: May appear as 462 (3 digits) or 39908427 (8 digits), depending on the originating institution.
- Branch: 0001
Important: The Workspace ID functions as the account number. Make sure to use it correctly when making the transfer.
After the transfer, you can check the available amount directly:
- On the platform via the "Statement" menu:
