How to Withdraw Balance from Stark Infra?

In some situations, you may need to transfer the available balance in your Stark Infra account to an external bank account. This might occur, for example, to redistribute funds between accounts or simply when there is surplus balance that needs to be moved for financial control purposes.

To withdraw the balance from Stark Infra, you have two options.

1. Via API

Use the route POST /v2/pix-request, informing the recipient's bank account details in the request payload.

2. Via Web (Infra)

Access the Stark Infra panel through your browser and follow the steps to perform the withdrawal manually.

If you decide to proceed via Web Infra, you can follow these steps:

1. You must access Stark Infra and change the URL from starkinfra to starkbank:
   

2. After changing the URL, you must access the "Payments" tab:
   

   If you don't have any cost centers created, you can create a new one:
   

   After creating it, you should click on "New request":
   

   And then you can perform the payment via transfer:
   

Important: To make the withdrawal, always use the "Transfer" option and select the TED (Wire Transfer) type. Since the Stark Infra account belongs to a special clearing participant in the SPI (Brazil's Instant Payment System), it is not possible to send Pix directly from it. Therefore, the TED transfer is the correct method to move the funds.
