A member is any participant linked to your Workspace. There are different access profiles, each with specific permissions. Below, we detail what each profile can do:
- Administrator: Full access to all account features, including moving funds without needing approval. Additionally, this is the only profile that can add members to the workspace.
- Financial: Can view the statement, manage billing, and access cost centers.
- Compliance Operator: Responsible for actions related to the compliance area, such as opening and responding to court orders (MEDs - Meios Eletrônicos de Pagamento or similar legal processes).
At some point, you may need to invite new members to your Workspace. To do this, follow the steps below:
- In the top menu, click on Members:
- Next, click on "New members":
- Select the permission and enter the email to send the access invitation:
The member added will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Workspace.
